High Value exports are also subject to special conditions for payment and delivery terms - but that's what you would expect.
Despatch other than to USA
Where possible by Special Delivery or international registered by Royal Mail. Cost effective and efficient.

Payment
Charge Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB.
Debit Cards Accepted: Switch & Delta.
Please note in some circumstances we are unable to accept a card, but can accept international money orders to our account with Barclays Bank PLC, and BACS payments.
Billing will be in Pounds Sterling (£- GBP) which will be converted by your card company into your currency.
17½% Value Added Tax included in all prices on this site. The VAT is deducted for despatch to countries outside the European Community. To precisely work out the net price divide by 1175 and multiply by 1000, or roughly multiply by 0.851.
International Fraud
I regret that a few prolific operators send thousands of orders a day throughout the world to thousands and thousands of internet advertisers and traders for goods for which they do not intend to pay. This brings shame on their countries and distrust of the millions of honest people in those countries that are unaware of their activities. If you happen to be one of the many honest people that are interested in our watches and jewellery please note that we are able to offer a diminished service where your payment must be made by international money transfer. Once cleared then we can release goods.
If you happen to be a government minister in Indonesia you should be aware of the international harm caused to your country by these cheats.
If you are a government minister in Nigeria, look in the mirror and pinch yourself because we daily get people writing to us claiming to be you!
Refunds for goods despatched where customer has not had the opportunity to inspect.
The UK Government have laid down requirements for internal UK transactions, which we think should generally apply.
Cooling off period. If the goods are returned in original condition within 14 days we will refund the product purchase price, but not the carriage or local taxes.
Faulty Goods. We will carefully examine all goods that are despatched, but if the goods are found to be faulty you should contact us on receipt & promptly return them - despatch within 7 days of receipt - we will refund the purchase price and carriage.
Watches that require guarantee attention or servicing.
All watches will have been carefully checked by us prior to despatch, and bracelets shortened where we have that instruction. In the event that the watch requires the manufacturer's attention within the twelve month guarantee or for normal servicing, purchasers should read the world wide guarantee with regional or national addresses that will be send with the watch.
As with any relationship there has to be trust for sales to progress. Thomas's are here to do business in the medium and long term. We will do our best by our customers today hoping they will become established customers for years to come.
