Ordering and refund policy.
You will have noticed that we don't have a shopping cart. The reason is we often have just one of a product line, and the next delivery could be weeks away. I don't want to mislead you, so for each and every transaction we will tell you the availability, and despatch cost if being sent. Your charge is only processed once we have the goods ready to send, and you agreement. Let's face it Thomas's are not selling cans of beans, we are selling thoughtfully chosen things to give you pleasure, either as the giver or the owner. You deserve our personal attention.
If you want more product information about anything you see on these pages, or anything that you want that would be sold by a traditional retail jeweller and you don't see on the site then contact me and I'll do my best to help. Despatch
Where possible by Special Delivery by Royal Mail. Cost effective and efficient. All other places by secure carrier.
We will bill at actual cost as agreed by you.
Payment 
Charge Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB
Debit cards Accepted: Switch & Delta.
Billing will be in Pounds Sterling.
Buyers external to the European Community where the goods are exported from the EC.
If buying from outside the EC for delivery within the EC, please be aware that UK tax will still be payable.
Refunds for goods despatched where customer has not had the opportunity to inspect. The UK Government have laid down requirements for internal UK transactions.
Cooling off period. If the goods are returned in original condition within 14 days we will refund the product purchase price, but not the carriage or local taxes.
Faulty Goods. We will carefully examine all goods that are despatched, but if the goods are found to be faulty you should contact us on receipt & promptly return them - despatch within 7 days of receipt - we will refund the purchase price and carriage.
Watches that require guarantee attention or servicing.
All watches will have been carefully checked by us prior to despatch, and bracelets shortened where we have that instruction. In the event that the watch requires the manufacturer's attention within the twelve month guarantee or for normal servicing, purchasers should read the world wide guarantee with regional or national addresses that will be send with the watch, or from within the UK they can be returned via Thomas's.
As with any relationship there has to be trust for sales to progress. Thomas's are here to do business in the medium and long term. We will do our best by our customers today hoping they will become established customers for years to come.
