Thomas's consistently pay fair prices for recycling gold, platinum & silver.

To help you judge the prices we pay : £6.86 per gram for hallmarked 9ct gold, £22.20 per gram for 950 HM platinum, 22p per gram for hallmarked sterling silver. Correct on Frirday 12th February 2010. If the gold is not hallmarked we will make individual genuine offers.

We are not claiming the highest price paid, just the genuine price for the gold you bring. We pay different prices for each caratage of no hallmarked golds such as 10k and 14kt. We pay cash, but you will need to bring proof of identity

Stone set jewellery: We are able to make good payments for precious metals because we sell most of our re-cycled gold straight away, we just could not afford to build stock at the levels we pay out weekly. The stones in much jewellery current have little market interest for recycling. If the jewellery contains significant gemstones we will make individual assessment. However you may be better served by selling through an auction house.
